Our Letting Performance
We are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator who has a set of performance outcomes for all social landlords outlined within its Social Housing Charter. You can see all of our performance results by visiting the Scottish Housing Regulators webpage here.
We let 610 homes between 1st April 2018 and 31 March 2019. These lets were made to a range of different house size and house types within the letting areas throughout Inverclyde.
Most of the homes we let had two bedrooms. The majority of our housing stock is two bedroomed tenement flats.
Only 2 of our four bedroomed homes were let. We only have 112 four bedroom homes within our stock and they rarely become empty and available to let.
Most lets were made to the ‘aspiring’ housing need group. This is also our largest housing need category.
Least lets were made to the ‘A4 critical’ housing need group. This is a small group of applicants with a mobility medical need who typically need a specialist type of home.
